I don't like the big bags of powder, they should be one-day packages instead. I don't enjoy the taste very much, especially of vanilla Huel. faltulence, carb coma, preparation process No negative side effects. Order low carb meals. no problem I eat normal food then. Plan I still like regular food. If I'm at my dad's place and he cooks me a meal, I eat it and enjoy it. Same with going out to a restaurant. Regular food is a treat. I stick to keto friendly meals, as I did before I used soylent/future food. Cut back on soylent and stick to low carb options if possible. If not, oh well and eat because food. Sometimes I partake sometimes I don't. View All Total 834 100.00%
Q20Comment BoxYou said that you consume over 50% of your calories from soylent/future food. Are there comfort foods, indulgence foods, or guilty pleasures that you still make room for in your diet? If so, what are they and how often do you consume them?
Order Answer Responses Percent 0 100 1 Open-ended answers 806 100% Nuts and cheese for snacks.
For dinners I'll often make various "real food" meals, but only when I'm interested in spending the effort to make a good meal. KetoChow replaces all my "microwave a hotdog" meals.
No. No burritos or wraps a couple times a week I eat out once or twice a week. Yes, cookies and chips Mi goreng instant noodles, I might have then 2-3 times a week as a tasty supplement to my joylent dinner.
Also maybe 1-2 times a week I'll get some hot chips from a Cafe near work, for lunch.
The only deviation I make in caloric allowances is asiago cheese after heavy lifting or running days, as a reward. I have only begun, but I plan on a once a month cheat day to consume comfort foods if I desire at the time. Beef Sticks (few times a week) View All Total 806 100.00%
Q21Comment BoxYou stated that you stopped consuming soylent/future foods? Why did you stop?
Order Answer Responses Percent 0 100 1 Open-ended answers 217 100% Got pregnant and felt it was better to eat whole, real foods until after baby is born. I ran out and didn't order more. The brand I liked was too labor intensive, too much measuring and weighing. I wish there was some single serve KETO soylent that tasted good. Ran out Please see my response to the previous question about downsides Price and availability of new products. I want to try all the products, but I don't have the budget to try everything and find what works best for me. I would like to get back to using soylent/future foods, when I can better budget for it. None tasted good enough for me to continue. I also found a love for cream cheese pancakes. I don't have extra money to spend on this, I really wish they're was a reasonable price bulk keto chow, I need bulk at under 40$ too boring I started again today. I stopped before because I missed the taste of regular food. There wasn't a product at the time that fit my needs and taste. I haven't looked into it recently. View All Total 217 100.00%
Q22Comment BoxYou said you haven't started eating soylent/future food yet, but want to. What has kept you from starting?
Order Answer Responses Percent 0 100 1 Open-ended answers 62 100% The up-front price. Being able to order smaller "sets" at a given time would help immensely. Procrastination Nothing, I've ordered a trial of Huel which came next day, so i'll be trying it tomorrow. The price. Still researching. Taste somewhat and fat to protein ratio
Time from now until tomorrow's delivery. Primarily the cost of shipping to Australia / the lack of a low-carb domestic option. Price isn't at the top of my list, but doubling the cost with shipping is a spicy meatball.
I'm in the US 3-4 times a year, so I'll carry a bunch back next time and see how it goes.

Order Answer Responses Percent 0 100 1 Open-ended answers 598 100% asd no... already many questions... N/A Are you satisfied with soylent/future food?
Yes I am.
Why did you stop eating it? Because the texture was atrocious and the taste got very old very fast. Soylent has been a godsend for me, as well as other disabled people I've recommended it to!! Also, soylent should start accepting EBT (food stamps) Q: How important is the ecological footprint of soylent to you? A: very, although I might still prefer pre-mixed drinks over meal bars, even with the added shipping weight. no I thought I'd feel hungry or lethargic. I'm pretty active and walk about 1.25 hours a day, 2-3 on weekends. I don't experience a crash after. I don't get excessively hungry either, which I used to do.
